Engagements
Work is performed under a written statement of work covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed fee. Changes outside the stated scope are proposed in writing before work proceeds.
Ownership
Upon payment in full, all deliverables — design files, code, and documentation — become the property of the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written NDA covers the engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep the other’s confidential information confidential for the duration of the engagement and two years after. Standard enterprise review, security, and compliance processes are expected and supported.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessaly’s aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
